CANCELLATION POLICY 



 
·       More than 24 hours notice:                                    NO charge
·       Less than 24 hours notice:                           100% of the service price
·       NO SHOWS/Same day cancellations:             100% of the service price
 
 
There is a 10-minute grace period with all appointments.  If you have to be more than 10 minutes late, you may have to reschedule depending on when the next appointment is scheduled after yours.  This ensures that all clients have adequate time for their services.  Please understand that arriving late may limit the time available for your service, thus lessening the result and your satisfaction.  Your timely arrival is much appreciated!
 
I understand that life doesn’t always go as we plan, so please call/text/email me at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule your appointment.
 
If a client repeatedly cancels with less than a 24-hour notice or is a “NO SHOW”, I have the right to refuse services in the future. 

 
Courtesy reminder texts/emails may be provided, however, please do not depend on these as your sole reminder of your scheduled appointment.
